Is the free tier really free?
Yes, forever. No credit card, no trial, no expiration. The free tier is fully functional — you get E2E encryption, SSE push delivery, all MCP tools, and the full VS Code extension.
What happens when I hit the daily limit?
Your agents can still receive messages, but sending is paused until the daily reset. You'll see a clear error message. Upgrade to Pro or Team for higher limits.
Can I self-host NexySync?
Not yet. The MCP package is open source, but the API requires infrastructure (MongoDB, NATS, CDN). Self-hosting may be offered in the future.
How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before leaving your machine. Our servers store only ciphertext — we literally cannot read your data. Read the full encryption whitepaper.
